Application Scope:
Vacuum pressure impregnation system for auto motor is mainly applied to the vacuum pressure impregnation treatment of auto motor. It is designed for production line mode.
Under the effect of vacuum pressure impregnation, auto motor is dehydrated and degassed in the vacuum stage to reduce the impact of water and air on insulation. And in the pressure impregnation stage, the inner insulation structure is permeated by insulating varnish to upgrade insulation and to improve electrical performance.

Technology Advantages: We have been devoted to development of process flow and configuration for different kinds of vacuum equipment since our company's establishment in 1992. And we successfully developed a series of vacuum pressure impregnation plants: automatic vacuum pressure impregnation plant in 1994; vacuum pressure impregnation plant for auto motor in 2011 and vacuum pressure impregnation system for production line mode in 2015 in BYD Auto Motor. In 2007, we hosted the drafting of industrial standard for Vacuum Pressure Impregnation Plant (JB/6923-2007).
Vacuum pressure impregnation plant for auto motor is different from ordinary impregnation plants. Besides vacuum pressure impregnation treatment and safety requirement, the equipment requires continuous production and intelligent transportation for product to reduce worker labor and to improve intelligent level. Consequently, according to customer's requirements, we develop the intelligent continuous impregnation system for production line in BYD Auto and Xiangtan Motor.
