1)the main parts using imported: Japan YASKAWA servo motor and Italy BONFIGILION (German) decelerator as its drive system, also featuring its
Man-machine interface from Taiwan, Japan Mitsubishi PLC and Germany vacuum pump and ABB waterproof button,
All material for machine is SUS 304 with 2mm thickness.
2)our stuffer have the lowest deviation in china which is about +-1g to 1.5g, (we can write this on contact)it can filling all material
Thick or thin in package.
3)all spares parts on machine(blade...So on)
4)our stuffer design based on GERMANY HANDTMANN, especially the vane filling parts ( picture in attachment), it will not rust in whole life
And sure the filling deviation, vane is processed by quenching and material is metal chrom (material is same as doctor's knife).
5)all material is processed by our self CNC machines, turning lathe not buy from outside, when you need some extra spare parts, we can
