VB ball linear guide is made of four special V-guide after special heat treatment precision grinding processing, it is a high precision, light load, super smooth linear motion system, it is widely used in harsh working environment. Such as Oa machine and its surrounding machines, various measuring instruments, printing substrate opening machines and other precision machines, or optical tester, optical workbench, control mechanism, X-ray device slide seat part.
Cross rails are usually made of bearing steel with grade GCR15(AIS152100) and hardness between HRC58 and HRC62. Also used for special corrosion protection is the SUS440C material, hardness between HRC58 and HRC60.
