Veinasa-CXS02B-VS Davis Vantage Pro 2 Weather Station Direction Anemometer Ultrasonic Wind Speed Sensor is a measuring instrument that uses the time difference of ultrasonic propagation in the air to measure wind speed and direction.
This ultrasonic wind sensor can directly send the measured wind speed and direction to the ISS sensor acquisition component with the identifiable signal of Davis through the RJ11 interface. It is applicable to VP2 Davis vantage pro2 series meteorological stations.
Veinasa-CXS02b-VS adopts new technology and new process, and its structure is very compact.
The low-power chip is used internally, and the power consumption of the whole instrument is only 0.07w. The sensor itself is powered by the 5-watt solar panel designed by the manufacturer. Two 18650 rechargeable lithium batteries built into the solar panel can provide the power required by the continuous wind speed and direction sensor. The angle of solar panel is continuously adjustable from 0 to 90 degrees.
The whole sensor, power supply plug and solar panel control box adopt waterproof design, which can be directly used outdoors.
