Motor stator: Begin with precise casing processing → proceed to punching press → ensure iron core seating → craft the coil → weave with precision → expertly dip paint and dry
Electronic rotor: Begin with meticulous blank shaft processing → execute iron core press installation → conduct iron core cast aluminum → precisely string the rotor shaft → weave with care → follow up with dipping paint and drying → achieve dynamic balance
Motor assembly: Seamless integration of stator rotor → conduct machine testing → apply motor appearance coloring → finalize with packaging and storage
