With approximately 92% of the sweetness of sucrose (table sugar) but only 38% of the calories (1.5 kcal/g), D-Tagatose offers a unique combination of sweetness and health-conscious benefits. It is white, crystalline, odorless, and highly soluble in water, making it easy to incorporate into various formulations.
