Features:
1.The castings of the machine tool are all made of HT300 cast iron, quenched and aging treatment, the overall stability of the machine tool is good, the strength is high, and the various precisiona are stable and reliable.
2. The spindle system of the machine tool is imported from professional supporting manufacturers in Taiwan. All important parts have been strengthened, using the worold-renowned brand NSK spindle special bearing, high-quality high-temperature and high-quality lubrication. After the complete set of spindles are assembled under constant temperature conditions, they all pass computerized balance correction and running-in test make the whole spindle have a long service life, high precision and strong reliabiliy.
3.The ball screws of the XYZ three-axis transmission of the machine tool adopt PMI/HIWIN double nut pre-tightened ball screws, high-precision grinding ball srews, double nuts automatic anti-backlash, XYZ are all connected by direct couplings, with strong transmission rigidity and stable accuracy.
