The TWLR51/46/40 model employs emery rolls, while the TWLT26/21/17 model utilizes iron rolls. This equipment is primarily designed for whitening unpolished rice and refining white rice. It proves to be highly effective in processing white rice with diverse precision levels, showcasing characteristics such as high yield, minimal additional particles, and excellent processing results. There are two variations of this machine: one with emery rolls and the other with iron rolls.
The iron roll type can be optionally equipped with a water spraying device for whitening rice with water, resulting in a noticeable polishing effect. The whitened rice exhibits even whiteness, a well-maintained degree of whiteness, high capacity, and a low rate of broken rice. The operation of the machine is smooth, and maintenance is straightforward. The compact arrangement of the machine construction contributes to ease of maintenance, with a minimal proportion of spare parts loss.
