2. Vertical Type Wire Drawing Machine:
A. Capstan
Capstan diameter is 1200mm(1400mm), surface is hardening treatment, and also has the tungsten carbide coating, very durable, HRC is over 60, long service life, ensure using over 22000 hours.
B. Frame
Frame is welded by steel, we use the good quality steel and eliminate the oxygen layer, then do the vibrating treatment to eliminate the welding stress. It has the advantage of good steel strength and strong carrying capacity.
C. Driving type
Use the one-stage belt, and then transfer to helical gearbox, stable transmission process, noise is less than 80dB, all the bearings use the good quality brand.
D. Operating platform
The platform designs the self-rotation power, and can adjust the working speed of the working table automatically, ensure the matching with the speed of the capstan. The capacity is 2.5 tons.
E. Pressure roller
Casting wear-resistant nylon material, both wearable and would not press on the wire, to ensure the using life of the element.
