INTENDED USE
The Anaplasma + Lyme + Ehrlichia Antibody Combo Test is a test cassette to diagnose the presence of antibodies against Anaplasma platys, Borrelia burgdorferi and Ehrlichia canis in dog's blood specimen.Assay Time: 5-10 minutes

PRINCIPLE
The Anaplasma + Lyme + Ehrlichia Antibody Combo Test is based on sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay.TEST PROCEDURE
- Allow all materials, including specimen and test device, recover to 15-25ºC before running the assay.
- Take out the test device from the foil pouch and place it horizontally.
- Using the capillary dropper to place 10μL of the prepared specimen into each sample hole "S" of the test device. Then drop 2 drops (approx. 80μL) of the assay buffer into each sample hole immediately.
- Interpret the result in 5-10 minutes. Result after 10 minutes is considered as invalid.
