Is the sample of powder coating free of charge?
If the customer chooses our existing colors, we will provide free samples, and the customer only needs to pay the shipping fee of the sample; if the customer wants to customize the sample, our company will charge a customization fee of US$50 per model. After the customer confirms the sample, the customized sample fee will be returned to the customer in the first order.
What kind of information is required for customizing powder coatings?
Customer provide the specific requirements which include durability, gloss, color, surface effcet, production application,etc.
How to ensure the color stability of powder coatings?
When customers need to customize new color orders, we will first spray two sets of color palettes according to customer requirements, one set for customer confirmation and one set for factory reference. After the customer confirms the color, we will record the formula of the confirmed palette as a basis for future production. Each batch of orders will be painted with a set of palettes to compare color differences and ensure the stability of powder color.
