The high-frequency vibration pipe making machine independently developed by our company increases the frequency of the vibrator from the original 4000rpm to 5000-6000rpm.

Technical Characteristics:
1. The maximum speed of the vibrator is 6000rpm, the maximum excitation force is 398Kn, and the excitation force is adjustable in five levels, respectively 398kN, 364kN, 280kN, 180kN, 132kN.
2. The main frame vibrator, damping cross, and main frame produced by our company are fixed installation at one time, that is, when the internal mold needs to be replaced, the vibrator and the main frame do not need to be disassembled again, only the expansion on the vibrator is required. When the tightening device is loosened, the inner mold can be removed for replacement. This not only saves the time for mold change, but also avoids oil leakage caused by frequent disassembly of the oil pipe on the vibrator.
3. The steel plate used in the mold is made of Q345 high-strength steel plate, which is light in weight and high in strength.
4. The bottom mold and the socket mold are cast steel parts (material is ZG270-500) and have undergone aging treatment, with high strength and small stress and deformation, which effectively guarantees the precise size of the cement nozzle.
