At present, the submersible motor winding line mostly adopts the structure of polyethylene insulation + nylon sheath, in order to ensure the high insulation performance, when applied to 500 volts insulation thickness of 0.5 mm, when applied to 1000 volts insulation thickness of 1.0 mm, with the increase of voltage, the thickness of insulating layer must be increased, greatly occupy the precious space of the motor stator, The volume of the high voltage submersible motor becomes larger.
Our new product is to provide a kind of high voltage and high temperature resistant submersible motor winding wire, which can ensure the insulation performance under high temperature and high voltage, reduce the insulation layer thickness, thereby reducing the stator groove section, reducing the volume of the submersible motor, and improving the efficiency of the submersible motor. Crosslinked polyethylene insulation + nylon sheath winding wire, with excellent electrical and mechanical properties, simple structure, light weight, good heat resistance, strong load capacity, not easy to melt, chemical corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, simple production process, easy installation and laying and maintenance.
