Volvo 1180 - 2700 Roller Assembly
The bottom rollers of the Volvo EC25 and EC30 models share interchangeability with those of the ECR28 and ECR38 models. Specifically designed as an aftermarket bottom track roller, it caters to the Volvo E25 and ECR38 series of mini - excavators, accompanied by a comprehensive list of compatible models.
Situated at the base of the undercarriage, this roller plays a crucial role. It traverses through the guide of the track and is responsible for bearing the weight of the entire machine as it moves across the ground.
For models such as the EC35 and ECR38, the number of bottom rollers per side varies according to the exact model specifications. Typically, there are four bottom rollers on each side. The installation process is relatively straightforward. Since the roller comes fully assembled, all that is required is to remove the bolts from the previous roller and then reuse these bolts to install the new one. In the event that the track is detached from the machine, a floor jack can be conveniently employed to lift the rollers into the appropriate installation position, after which they can be easily bolted in place.
