Q1: Do you offer free samples?
A: Yes, Free samples are available, but freight charges should be on your side. But it will be refund when your order quantity reach to 1x20ft FCL. It can be sent out within 3 days after your confirmation.
Q:What's the minimun order quantity.
A: We accept any quantities if we have enough stock for you. If customized orders, MOQ should >200SQM.
A: Yes, we can customize size, color, material and even weaving method based on your requirements. Custom design is warmly welcome.
Q4: How long is the service life?
A: As for normal WPC products, the service life is 15 years long. Some special models like solid board and thickness ≥25mm, the service life is longer, almost 10-25 years for different application.
