Product Description
The unit is a complete set of parallel twin screw extruder and correponding pelletizing auxiliary machine are mainly used for granulation of wood powder or filler with raw material like PVC, PP and PE. The auxiliary machine adopts wind-blowing collecting and cooling system, and has the characteristics of high automation and great product efficiency.
1. Gearbox: We use Chinese good brand or oversea famous brand. High speed, lower noise, longer working life.
2. Screw and barrel: High quality and anti-wear segment.
3. Control: Whole line use Siemens PLC control.
4. Feeding system: We use weight sytem and mixing system on line. Accurately measure the weight of each material and thoroughly mixed.
