* Structure characteristics
1.Different material of heat exchange tubes( $ 16),Antirust aluminum ,pure copper and efficient internal thread copper pipe.
2.Different processing technology can meet the demand of different tube ,ensure the heat exchange efficiency.
3.Continuous stamping of high toughness and whole corrugated antirust and hydrophilic membrane aluminum fin can improve the heat transfer coefficient and reliability.
4.To meet the requirements of higher corrosion situation,we can also provide the heat exchange core which has overall nano coating protection.
5.All the products must carry out 2.4MPa air strength test , 0.5MPa nitrogen pressure maintaining before delivery.
* Accessories of axial fan
Protection grade lP54,insulation grade F; the working condition: --40 ~+40(C).
* Defrosting
Defrosting :electrical heating, water spray and hot gas defrosting.
Room temperature inside below -15 ºC, water pan has heat preservation processing, water outlet with electric heating device.Air guider is required for Cryogenic condition.
