Product description:
a)The steel platform is extensively used in the condition of high warehouse,small goods,large quantities and manual access.It can make full use of the space and save warehouse area.It could be designed as single or multiple mezzanine,generally 2-3 layers,according to the actual field and specific requirements.It is specifically used for sorting storage of automotive fittings,electronic device fittings and electronic devices.It could carry less than 500kg per layer.The general ways of transportation from 2nd floor to 3rd floor are: manual,elevating table,hoisting machine,conveyor belt,and forklift truck,etc.
b)The steel platform is supported by the frame,which can be designed to be muti-floor(typically 2layers),with staircase and elevator upgrade,and so on.It is benificial for some conditions like goods for higner revenue,light small cargo for artificial access and lardge goods storage.So it can make full use of the space for saving the size of the storeroom.And a hydraulic lift platform cans double the efficiency of the carrier use.
Features:
1.All composite structure, and uprights are made from square or round tube, girders are from H type steel.
2.Cold rolling steel is used to make walkways.
3.Special locks are adopted to fix walkway and girders tightly.
4.The walkway has such advantages as good loading capacity, high precision, quite smooth walkway surface, and it's easy to be fixed compared with regular walkway.
5.The Garret is equipped with lighting system, easy for accessing and management of goods.
6. Goods are to be conveyed to the second or third floor by forklifts, lifts or staircases and then moved to the pointed position by cart.
7.The whole garret is support certain amount of columns which fixed on the warehouse ground and distance
between columns is less than 6000mm.
Height of first level is around 3000mm, and H2500mm for second and third floor level. Loading capacity of floor
can be designed to be no more than 1000kg / square meter.
