- HPR-3-2P is a two piece 3 in. gray heat pump riser that provides 3 in. of elevation for condensers, heat pumps, and air handlers. Heat pump risers are most commonly used to lift heat pumps above the snow line. This helps prevent damage to the coils caused by ice build up from drainage of condensate when operating in heat pump mode. Heat pump risers are available in 1 or 2 piece designs, multiple sizes and colors.
