KNLW serious waste heat boiler is special design for exhaust gas heat recovery of oil&gas fired generator groups.waste heat boiler use the threaded pipe as the heat transfer component.the pipe has the thread line in the internal wall of the pipe.the exhaust gas will be swirling during going through the pipe.this will reinforce the heat transfer and reduce the heat transfer area to make the size and weight smaller.the boiler has the advantage of simple structure ,high efficient,long running life,safety and convenient maintain.every exhaust gas boiler is composed of inlet flue gas case,outlet flue gas case,screwed pipe,smoke-recovery chamber and its accessory.
Feature:the waste heat boiler has two kinds:horizental and vertical.the circulation style is nature circulation.the boiler body has the space for the seperation of steam and water.
