Product Manual
★ Ink characteristics:
The ink surface is smooth and flat, good adhesion, low odor, pure color, good meshing and leveling properties.
★ Safety standards:
It has passed Oeko-Tex 100 certification and passed the EU ROHS environmental protection standard testing, and does not contain organic solvents such as cyclohexanone.
★ Scope of application:
Suitable for nylon, luggage fabrics, etc., and also suitable for label printing on various fabrics.
★ Physical characteristics:
Suitable mesh: about 200-250 mesh;
Surface drying time: natural volatilization: about 5-10 minutes; hot air at 40°C: about 2-4 minutes;
Drying: 60-80ºC*20-30 minutes (the test effect is better after 24 hours);
Thinner: NEH series;
Coating area: 25-35 square meters/kg (71T polyester monofilament, photosensitive rubber screen);
★ Color matching system:
It can only be mixed with this series of inks, and no other types of inks can be mixed.
★ Instructions for use:
1. Stir well before use (about 20 minutes), stay for about one hour before use;
2. Add diluent (boiling oil and water) 10-30% when stirring according to needs;
3. When overprinting, the second printing should be done after the surface is dry;
4. Some materials need to add NEH curing agent (5-10%) to improve adhesion.
★ Matters needing attention:
1. The basic characteristics of materials from different manufacturers are different, so trial printing is very important;
2. The ink will be gelatinous after long-term storage, and the printing effect will be poor without stirring;
3. If the bubbles in the ink do not disappear, then print, the ink layer will produce bubbles or pinholes;
4. If the additives or thinners are not used according to the instructions, the quality of the thinner is not good, it will affect the printing effect;
5. After the product is printed, the water in the ink film should be completely volatilized before it can be laminated and shipped;
6. When using and storing this product, it should be stored in a dark environment (5~30ºC).
★ Important note:
Different batch numbers or materials produced by different manufacturers have different ink suitability, so after trial printing, mass production is required.
★ Ink shelf life: 3 years from the date of production
