

Conductive cross arm of refining furnace
A new type of cross arm made of copper steel composite plate or aluminum steel composite plate, with a rectangular cross-sectional shape and internal water cooling, eliminating numerous insulation links between water-cooled conductive copper tubes, electrode clamps, and cross arms, greatly simplifying the cross arm structure in ultra-high power electric arc furnaces.
The main advantages are as follows:
1. Adopting a hollow cross-section and double-layer copper steel composite plate greatly reduces skin effect, reduces impedance, and improves electric heating efficiency; 2. The box shaped structure with a hollow cross-section and internal water-cooled channels greatly enhance the strength of the cross arm, which is beneficial for adjusting electrode movement without causing vibration and for arc stability;
3. It is lighter in weight and has less inertia compared to traditional steel tube cross arms, which is conducive to frequent adjustment of electrode lifting and lowering.

2. Delivery period: 3 months after date the manufacturer receiving down payment.
