Charging Rack

1. SUS304 frame, PVC tank body, with two-row plastic wheels inside the tank. 2. Total length: 9m, net width: 580m, net height of 1^stand 2^nd floor: 180mm (height from top of wheel to tank edge), net height of 3^rd floor is about 100mm(height from top of wheel to tank edge); height from wheel of lowest level to ground is about 400mm, height between two levels is about 550mm;

3. It prepares beam on the tank, it can install cable channels on the beam.

4. It is equipped with water overflow and drainage at one side. It is equipped one water inlet pipe in the rack, and prepared water holes uniformly.

Lifting Trolley

1.  Application: It is used for transferring the pallets between charging rack and conveyor; It is equipped at the both ends of charging rack, and moving on the guide rail.

2. Main Configuration: Frame, transfer parts are made of SS321; bolts are made of SS316; High bearing capacity (Max. bearing capacity: 80KGS)

3. Lifting Speed: Commonly running speed is about 8m/min;

4. Lifting Range: Min. height: 250mm, Max. height 1600mm;

5. Lifting trolley can stop at 4positions, and has up & low limit protection function.

6. It uses motor drive, with mechanical braking device, to keep precise position;

7. Frame is made of stainless steel. It has rollers on the loading platform, easy to move the tray.
