We are a leading manufacturer of precision investment castings by lost wax process.
Our company was established in the year of 2001.We manufacture castings in various grades of Low alloy Steel, Carbon Steel, Austenitic stainless steel, Martensitic steel, Nickel based alloy, Precipitation Hardening Stainless Steel, Duplex Stainless Steel, Super Alloys e.g. Hastelloy, Inconel.
We have state of the art in-house machining facility to cater duly finished investment castings. We can supply castings as per the international standards like ASTM, ASME, AISI, JIS, BS, UNS, UNI, GOST, DIN, EN etc., and as per the customer's specification. We are certified with ISO 9001-2015, PED 2014/68/EU,We have developed more than 5000 different casting parts for various engineering industries.
We can manufacture investment casting from 5 grams to 500 kg, and we have an installed capacity of producing 145 MT/Month.We are catering to reputed overseas customers as well as in the domestic market.We are supplying investment casting to various industries e.g. Valves, Pumps, Automobile, Railway, Oil & Gas, Marine, Hardware fittings, Fire protection, Medical & Surgical, Pipe fittings, General engineering etc., as per customer's requirement of machined or Unmachined condition.We can supply duly finished investment castings with possible value additions such as surface plating treatment, surface coating treatment, Induction hardening etc., as per the customer's requirements.Our plant is located at oubei, Wenzhou-China.To achieve excellence in our products, we have installed state-of-the-art machinery in our plant. We have an excellent setup of our own laboratory, which is fully equipped with the latest instruments to ensure mechanical and chemical properties.
