XPJ280 is a silicone modified defoamer developed for flue gas desulfurization in thermal power plants. It is composed of special organic compounds and modified silicone. It mainly inhibits flue gas from producing a large amount of foam during washing by limestone slurry in the absorption tower of wet desulfurization system and prevents the inlet of absorption tower from deposition of ash. Product Features 1: Rapid reduction of gas-liquid surface tension, rapid defoaming speed, long foam suppression time, can effectively prevent the absorption tower slurry overflow; 2: The amount of the slurry was 0.5 kg-1.0 kg per 2000 m 3, and the amount of the slurry was less than the amount of the slurry. 3: It is easy to disperse in water, and there is no chemical reaction with any substance in the slurry; The products are non-toxic, non-corrosive, stable in chemical properties and safe in-situ operation without ignition hazard.

This product is packed in 25KG plastic drum or 200KG plastic drums. Storage should be in accordance with the standards of non-hazardous chemicals. The product is valid at room temperature for one year. Indoor storage and protect it against freezing.
