Water-soluble quenching agent has a unique inverse solubility, (generally referred to as turbidity effect) safety, environmental protection, long service life and low cost, it overcomes the shortcomings of fast water cooling speed, easy to crack workpiece, slow oil cooling speed, poor quenching effect and flammability, gradually become the preferred quenching medium in heat treatment industry. Our water-soluble quenching agent application technology is mature, widely applicable to the whole quenching, induction quenching and aluminum alloy solid solution treatment and other heat treatment processes, and the surface hardness after workpiece quenching is high and uniform; can reduce the quenching deformation; it is no fire danger and environmental friendly without pollution. KERUN® KR6480 effectively improves the working environment of heat treatment and improves the quenching quality of the workpiece.
KR6480 is suitable for overall and induction quenching of carbon steel, low and medium alloy steel, as well as quenching of standard parts, chains, band spring, coil spring, spring wire, alloy steel conditioning, antifriction bearings, gear shafts, forgings, etc.
