Quick Details
DESCRIPTION:
      E6013 is carbon steel welding electrode covered with a high titania potassium type coating. Both AC and DC can be applied. and it is applicable for all position welding. It shows a very good welding performances: Small spatters, easy restrike arc and good weld shape.
APPLICATIONS:
     Suitable for welding low carbon mild steel structures, especially for intermittent welding for small and thin plates and cosmetic welding which requests a neat welding surface.
ATTENTION:
     a, Generally, welding electrodes do not need to bake before welding.
     b, If damped, the electrodes should be baked for 0.5-1 hour at the temperature of 150-170ºC before welding
