1. Welding rods AWS E7018 is kind of carbon steel electrodes with iron powder low hydrogen potassium coating. It is used on both AC and DC. And in all position welding. As the coating contains iron powder. AWS E7018 has excellent operating performance, easy ignition and re-ignition, stable arc, perfect appearance of welding and good slag detachability.
2. Welding rods AWS E7018 Application:
A. It needs heating for 1 hour under the temperature 350°before using.
B. It requires the basic metal clearing impurities(such as oil, rust, water etc)
C. Use short ARC, narrow-circuit method of welding.
