Sucker rod is one of the important equipment in the oil field, it can provide 7 levels of sucker rod, including C, K, D, KD, HL, HY and KH. C, K, D sucker rod press design and API Spec 11 The manufacturing standards of B, KD, HL, HY grade rods are designed and manufactured according to SY/T5029-2006 standard, and the KH grade rods are designed and manufactured according to the company's internal standards.C grade sucker rod series - mainly used for light, medium load, non-corrosion or corrosion shallow well or deep well pumping, the material is carbon steel or manganese steel.
Grade D sucker rod is made of high-quality alloy steel, which has the characteristics of high strength, good plasticity and long life after heat treatment.
HL, HY grade rods are made of high-quality alloy steel with ultra-high strength characteristics, which are used in the production of deep wells and high-strength pumps.
BOBAN sucker rods of K, KD and KH grades are made of Ni Cr-Ni-Mo high-quality alloy steel with different contents, which have anti-corrosion and anti-corrosion functions, and are suitable for strong corrosion in shallow wells, medium wells and deep wells respectively.
