BOPP Pearlized Film is taking polypropylene resin as raw material, added with calcium carbonate and pearlescent pigment, under the processing technology of biaxially-oriented.
BOPP Pearlized Film is the ideal plastic packaging material for ice cream, soap, chocolate, washing powder, and high-end gifts.
It is white opaque, but the pearly lustre and bright, usually used by compounded with CPP or PE film.

We produce good heat sealability BOPP pearlized film with thickness from 25micron to 40micron, which are performing very well to ink and coating adhesion.
In order to meet up with different applications, our BOPP pearlized film can be produced by density from 0.60g/m³ to 0.77g/m³.
It is much lower than plain BOPP film 0.91g/m³ which means more yield and lower cost.
