Automatic powder coating system
PP material cyclone painting booth + 8 pieces 800D automatic Spraying machine+2 pieces Reciprocator colo-2000D
Workparts automatically transported to the booth working station through conveyor, gets powder coating by automatic reciprocators. The booth flloor effectively transfer powder overspray for recycling. Usually made of PP or stainless steel material to improve recovery. Cyclone is necessary for fast color change demands. After filter unit is to capture superfine powder particles ensure the vented air is clean.
Bridge Tunnel Oven:
The batch powder coating ovens are manual-operation based, parts after automatic powder coating will be manually loaded in a trolley, then pushed into the oven for curing. A circulation fan circles hot air through the entire chamber, ensure uniform heating distribution and optimal curing quality. The loading trolley is customer-made based on actual needs.
