SHANDONG COLORFUL MANOR VEGETABLE AND FOOD CO., LTD. is located in SHOUGUANG city, where is the famous Vegetable Town of China. With good transport advantage, it is about 200km away from the international port -Qingdao. There's a large scale of 60 thousand hectares vegetable planting and producing fields in our city.
Our company has its own vegetable planting base. It also produces vegetables, fruits and does their deep processing with the local resource. The main products are IQF and Fresh Vegetables and Fruits, Dried Tomato, and Tomato Paste, and so on.
It covers 30000square meter, with 8800square meter building area, and 2800square meter of export-vegetable manufacturing works. All have reached the Standard of China Inspection. It's equipped with single-frozen line and other equipments with the processing capacity of 1.5MT per hour and up to 10000MT annually, that is to say, 5000MT of frozen vegetables and fruits, 3000MT of fresh vegetables and fruits and 2000MT of other products.
It has 1000MT refrigerated storage, including six refrigerated rooms, up to 60MT quick freezing capacity, more than 150 square meter pallet packing rooms. It also has a constant temperature warehouse which can store 300MT fresh vegetables and fruits once. The single-frozen line is qualified with 135square meter of low temperature packing room. The finishing workshop is qualified with one set of the system of air-condition model 400 and three vegetable blanching refrigeration line. There are four set of double grade depressors and one set of single refrigeration depressor, and the refrigeration capacity is 593KW.
