1.How are the signs made ?
All our signs are hand made by professionally trained craftsmen. We use premium quality LED Flex in a variety of colors that come on a range of backing options ranging from clear acrylic to Aluminum composite sheeting, Please note that although we take the utmost care in creating your sign, as the signs are handmade, there may be small spots of glue around the neon flex. It won't be notice when sign is lit.
2.How long will you're Sign last ?
Our LED Neon Flex has an approximate lifespan 50,000 hours (Approximately 5 1/2 years 24/7 Indoor Only).
3.Can the sign break ?
Neon flex is quite durable and almost unbreakable. During the production process, we ensure that all sections and bends have bonded correctly with the backing to ensure there are no areas of pressure to break the neon's bond.

5.What comes with the sign ?
We'll supply 5V USB or 12V power pack with every sign that plugs straight into convention plug points.
6.Can it be battery powered ?
Yes, if it's 12 Volts. Our signs are made to be plugged into plug points. Included which each sign is a 2m clear cable is exiting the back of the sign that connects to a 1.5m black 12V power adapter, which in turn plugs into the wall. These adaptors standard certified by our supplier,such as UL,CE RoSH,UK CA,ETL,KC,PSE and so on.
