XPJ560 is specially designed for defoaming of cementing slurry in oilfield. During cementing operation, many additives are used in cementing slurry, resulting in foam during slurry distribution, thus changing slurry density and other properties, resulting in unwarranted on-site construction quality, even gas (water) channeling accidents, resulting in unnormal construction or failure. XPJ560 has strong defoamability, which can effectively inhibit the influence of air bubbles in cement paste on the strength of cement materials. The product has good fluidity, has the advantage of not freezing in the cold working environment, and will not reduce the defoaming performance because of the low temperature. At the same time, the defoaming effect of the product in the production of asbestos tile and other industries is very good.

According to the water quality and foaming condition of the additive, the defoamer can be added with 0.05-0.2% volume ratio. It can be mixed with other additives at the same time or added into the drug tank with a little circulation, and can also be added in the box of the pulp dispenser, which can have good defoaming and anti-foaming performance.
This product is packed in 25KG or 200KG iron barrels. The product will be valid for two years if stored in a cool and dry place.
