Xanthan gum is a high molecular polysaccharide material which is polymerized from the same unit with 5 molecular sugars as a unit. Advantage:
Widely used in food processing, petroleum drilling, pesticides, seeds, coatings, feed, daily chemicals, textile printing and dyeing, papermaking, tobacco, casting, fire protection and many other industries.
As an emulsion stabilizer and thickener, it is an excellent suspending agent and emulsion stabilizer in food additives.
