B. Can I get the SDK free of charge? Who will help me when I had the technical questions or demands?
Once you purchased the samples, we will sign the NDA with you. Then we will arrange one or two engineers to follow your software development. Your team can connect with our engineers at anytime. They will provide the SDK/API documents and assist your software development remotely at free of charge.
C. Can you do the product customization or ODM?
Customization: We accept product customization free of charge on the conditions of above MOQ. The MOQ is 2000 pcs. If the order is less than MOQ, we might charge you some fees based on your customization requests. We will send a customization form to you to fill it out. Please kindly check on it and let us know your demands of customization. There are many components stated in the customization form such as color, logo, and stickers etc.
D. What kinds of support I can get after signing the partnership agreement?
Each year, Vanstone will participate as an exhibitor in a lot of exhibitions for the payment industry globally. Throughout exhibitions, Aisino brand and products will be promoted and be awarded by many visitors. Usually the visitors are the local banks and major players of the industry. The exhibition will help you a lot when you promoting and marketing our products to the local banks and third party institutions.
There will be a lot of technical and after sale training held by Vanstone. You can send your engineers to participate.
