Product Description
Fast drying, high adhesive, transparent single component intermediate primer, easy to apply, has excellent adhesion ability on all kinds of plastic parts. The product doesn't need to dilute.
Purpose: Promote adhesion of paint film to plastic parts
Surface Cleaning: Remove grease, silicon and other impurities with degreasing cleaning agent.
Substrate: Plastic parts such as PP, PE, PA, except pure PP and PE
Application Method: 2-3 layers single wet spray, 5-8 um
Drying Time: 15-20 mins, 20C
Spray Gun & Pressure:
Gravity Feed Spray Gun 1.2-1.5mm 3.0-5.0kg/cm2
Suction Spray Gun 1.4-1.7mm 3.0-5.0kg/cm2
