Characteristics
The machine is used to laminate foil on the profile surface like: plastic panel, aluminum and other material.The foil includes PVC, veneer, decorative paper, PP, PET, PU and other decorative materials.
The machine uses a professional melt and supply PUR glue system,with three surface dust collection, three preheating, air pneumatic shaft, Electromagnetic brake system, correction system.
PUR glue Characteristics
Does not contain water and solvent, solid content 100%, is a kind of high performance environmental protection adhesive, it ADAPTS to the needs of more and more attention to the environment at home and abroad. Compared with ordinary hot melt adhesive, reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive (PUR adhesive) has excellent comprehensive properties. It has the characteristics of common hot melt adhesives, such as no solvent, high initial viscosity, rapid positioning during assembly, and has the characteristics of water resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, creep resistance and medium resistance characteristic of reactive liquid adhesives. The sizing temperature (120ºC) is lower than that of ordinary hot melt adhesive (150-180ºC).
