1. WQ(D) full stainless steel sewage and sewage submersible electric pump adopts stainless steel precision casting shell, which has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, environmental protection, high lift and large flow.
2. The oil chamber adopts a double-sided fluororubber mechanical seal, and the outer chamber adopts a single-sided fluororubber mechanical oil seal structure, which effectively reduces the problem of water ingress caused by friction between the skeleton oil seal and the shaft.
3. The motor adopts high temperature wire, F-class insulation, and thermal protection device, which effectively prolongs the service life of the pump.
4. Accordingly to customer requirements, it can be equipped with a stirring device. This device generates a strong stirring force with the rotation of the motor shaft. It stirs sediment in the sewage tank into a suspended substance and discharges it. It can be also equipped with a cutting device, which can discharge the long fiber, plastic paper bags, straw and other debris in sewage.

Working Conditions
1. The diving depth is no more than 5 meters with the impeller as the center.
2. Medium temperature should be not over 60 degree and PH should be 304 (4-10), 316 (4-13).
3. The pump shall be operated within rated head.
4. The kinematic viscosity of the conveying medium is 7*10-7-20*10-6m2/s.

01 ABOUT OEM
OEM packing is available only if the quantity of single model reaches 50pcs, if not, it is expected that the buyers will pay the OEM packing charges extra.
02 ABOUT PAYMENT TERM
TT: 30% before the shipment, the rest paid against BL copy.
LC: LC AT SIGHT or LC 30 DAY.
03 ABOUT DELIVERY TERM
25-35 days on receipt of the down payment.
04 ABOUT THE SAMPLE
Samples are available, the buyer is expected to cover the sample costs and freight.
05 ABOUT WARRANTY
1.We offer warranty 12 months, since the date the goods arrive the customer's warehouse.
2.Within this period, adjustment, repair or replacement of parts or whole will be performed without charge except in the case of demage caused by accidents, misuse, tampered or lack of care.
3.We will always include 2% free spare parts which can be easily damaged in each shipment for your regular maintenance.
