WRZ-500 Vertical Coil Winding Machine for Transformer
WRZ-550 model automatic HV winding machine applies to manufacture of windings for various types of small distribution transformer, current transformer and reactor etc.
It consists of winder, automatic wire pitch setter, layer insulation feeder, tension adjustable feeder, pneumatic system, PLC control and servo system. Having the advantages of high automaticity, complete functions, strong power etc. and ensures the axial and radial tightness and also for manufacturing square coil.
