12V 125dB Mini Motorcycle Horn Alarm Speaker

The upper contact arm on this horn has been processed with 840ºC oil quenching, which makes the upper contact arm not easy to distort. The below contact arm is made with stainless steel that has been heat treated with 260ºC for 2 hours, which makes the below contact arm easy to compose forces. After the two contact arms assembled, they have been treated with 80ºC heat preservation for 2 hours to dispel the stress produced by assembling the contact arms. Then, the assembly may be used more than 50000 times and the horn volume may be over 105.dB. Meanwhile, the assembly has been tested with the 7th level or above. The inner horn has been equipped with waterproof ring while its surface has been gelatinized to ensure water proof and damp proof.
