APPLICATION
XKG24 series adopts one fixed crossrail. The machine is widely applied in industries such as aerospace, railway, transportation, molding, machining and so on. A ram type boring and milling head is mounted on crossrail. 3 feeding axis and one auxiliary axis (table X axis; boring and milling spindle-Y axis; ram-Z axis).
This machine can be equipped with various milling head. At single set-up, it can finish internal and external 5 surfaces machining (boring, milling, drilling, reaming, and tapping, etc). 3- axis simultaneous control for contour milling.
The main performance characteristics:
- Bed guideway adopts linear rolling guideway pair with high accuracy, high rigidity and heavy loading capacity. Crossrail guideway and ram-slide guideway adopt fluorine plastic soft belt sliding guideway pair.
- Automatic clamping of tool/attachment head by spindle. Ram ado pts hydraulic balance unit; crossrail adopts load relieving mechanism. The ram is equipped with hydraulic unloading device. The machine is equipped with Siemens 828D/Fanuc 0i system. Main drive adopts AC spindle motor. All axes adopt AC servo motors with relevant speed regulator and drive device All fee ed axes are controlled by Heidenhain linear scale to realizes closed type loop control. The machine can be equipped with ATC(for optional order).
