YGXJ - 210 type drill pipe straightener is a special equipment designed for straightening the crooked drill pipe and crooked seamless steel pipe. This machine adopts two-one-two-one type roll system for skew roll rotating hyperbolic curve straightening. Large-tonnage hydrocylinder is used to radially drive the skew roll butt clamp drill pipe, high pulling torque reducer is used to make the skew roll to rotate and thus drive the drill pipe for straightening. Therefore this drill pipe straightener can continuously straighten the crooked drill pipe with screwed end or drill pipe mounted with collar. Featured by high straightening speed, high production efficiency, convenient operation and reliable performance, it is an ideal equipment for repairing the crooked drill pipes in oil field.
