1. Maintain the rotary joint drum and the interior of the pipes in pristine condition. Pay extra attention to new equipment by incorporating filters when necessary. This precaution prevents abnormal wear caused by foreign particles, ensuring optimal performance.
2. If the machine remains unused for an extended period, scaling and rust may develop inside the rotary joint. Be aware that upon reactivation, these deposits could cause sticking or dripping, affecting the joint's functionality.
3. For rotary joints equipped with oil injection devices, regular lubrication is crucial. Consistently oiling these components ensures the reliability and smooth operation of the rotary joint bearings.
4. When dealing with rotary joints that circulate hot media, it is imperative to gradually increase the temperature. This approach prevents sudden thermal shocks, thereby protecting the integrity and longevity of the rotary joint.
