Product Name: Copper core cross-linked polyethylene insulated steel tape armored polyvinyl chloride sheathed power cable
Execution standard: GB/T 12706.2-2008
Product features: 1. The maximum working temperature of the cable conductor is 90 ºC;
During a short circuit (with a maximum duration of 5 seconds), the maximum temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed 250 ºC;
3. Environmental temperature during cable laying: not exceeding 10 ºC in air and not lower than 5 ºC in soil.
Purpose: Suitable for medium voltage transmission and distribution systems for distributing electrical energy. Cross linked polyethylene insulated power cables have excellent electrical performance, good heat resistance, as well as advantages such as light weight, simple structure, easy use, chemical corrosion resistance, and unrestricted laying height. Suitable for laying indoors, outdoors, in cable trenches, cable trays, etc., and can withstand certain external mechanical pressure.
The products adopt GB 5023.1~7-1997 (450/750V or below PVC insulated electric wires), JB 8734.1~5-1998 (450/750V or under PVC insulated cables, electric wires andflexible wires) and Q/ZEL 02-2002 (plastic insulated electric wires and cables). GB5023.1-7-1997 is identical to IEC227 and the type is the same as the stipulation of IEC and technical specification is just the same and more. We have extendedthe range of the type to fit the requirement of the consumers. JB 8734.1~5-1998and Q/ZEL 02-2002 are the complementary contents of GB 5023.1~7-1997 and Q/ZEL02-2002 are stipulated to meet consumers' requirements.
