CNC gear shaping machine YK51125
CNC gear shaper is an instrument that uses advanced CNC systems and servo motors to control circumferential and radial feed. It is most suitable for large-scale rough and precision machining in professional factories such as automobiles, motorcycles, machine tools, and gears. It is particularly suitable for internal and external cylindrical gears, double and multiple gears, sector gears, intermittent gears, and pre set modification gears with a taper of ± 30 °.
This machine is mainly used for cutting internal and external spur gears and helical gears for the construction machinery, mining machinery, metallurgical machinery, machine tool and large and medium-sized speed reducers. When a special shaping cutter is equipped, the machine can cut couplings of various tooth profiles and involute splines.It is a single axis CNC machine, and the radial feed motion of the worktable is controlled by the CNC system.
A high precision worm and worm wheel pair are used for both the saddle and the worktable in order to ensure the reliable machining accuracy.

When the machine arrive the buyer's installation site, we timely send mechanical and electrical
engineers to install according to the buyer's schedule, the buyer undertakes board and lodging
of personnel abroad in the process of installation, and also USD50.00-100.00 per day per person.
The seller will cooperate with the buyer to deal with visa and installation preparation before
going abroad.
