YQ150B-8Y hydraulic power tong is a closed-face type, variable torque, hydrauliclifting, grease lubrication, gear transmission and two-speed drive hydraulic power tong. Becauseit is a closed-mouth tong, the YQ150B-8Y hydraulic power tong can only move up and down inthe center ofthe pipe. After each joint is pulled out, if the joint does not reach the predeterminedposition, the position ofthe power tong can be adjusted by a hydraulic suspension.
Because eachtype of joint has different buckle torque, it should be between 400 ~ 5905f. LBS (0.50 ~ 8.0kN .m) of preset torque, according to the torque requirements ofthe pipe, the set torque (pressure)value should be adjusted.
Type YQ150B-8Y hydraulic power tong can be used to make-up and break out 1-5/16"~4-1/2" tubing, drill pipe or casing. Standard configuration for loading and unloading 2-3/8 "to 4-1/2"tubing, drill pipe or casing.
