ZP-15 17 19 Rotary Tablet Pressing/Pill Making for Food and Pharmaceutical Industries
Main Application:
This machine is designed for pressing round tablets from various kinds of granular materials. It is a primary machine to fit batch production of tablets. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical industry and also the chemical, food, electronic, plastic and metallurgical industries.
Operating Principle:
1. It is suitable for small batch production. Its features are that the turret can be installed with 15-19 sets of punches to make 15-19 tablets after each revolution of the turret rotation.
2. The turret speed, filling depth and the tablet thickness are all adjustable. The mechanical buffering device on the machine parts caused due to overload.
3. The machine is provided with a powder suction box to suck the dust during the production and avoid bonding and blocking.
