Electric sleeve control valves have less impact on leakage under high temperature applications. Unlike the double-seat control valve, the leakage volume increases greatly under high temperature conditions because the sleeve and the valve core are made of the same material, have similar shapes, have the same expansion coefficient, and have similar deformations at high temperatures, so the leakage volume does not change much. . (Generally, the valve core and valve seat of the regulating valve are not made of the same material, so the leakage will increase as the temperature increases)
Its stability is better than that of a double-seat control valve. When the opening of a double-seat control valve exceeds 60-70%, an unstable area will appear, causing the valve core to oscillate. However, the electric sleeve control valve has no unstable area and no unbalanced force will occur. The reversal phenomenon, while the guide parts of the valve core and sleeve are large, will not cause vibration.
