Acrylic impact modifier ZB-21 ZB-50
Brief introduction
ZB-21 ZB-50 is PVC impact modifier made from acrylate monomer by emulsion polymerization.It has typical core-shell structure. The core is moderate cross-linked butyl acrylate(BA),the shell is methyl methacrylate which have excellent compatibility with PVC resin.It has excellent properties of impact and low temperature resistance.
It is very suitable for outdoor rigid and semi-rigid PVC product and those products which have higher request on impact and weatherability.
It is amorphous white flowing fine granule. It can reduce the dusty pollution during production due to its uniform particle size.
It can be dissolved in ketone and chlorinated hydrocarbon, but not in water and alcohol.
